Very modern facility and equipment, friendly and efficient staff, little or no waiting. Dr. Bostick is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommended him.
I called the day before and was able to get an appointment at the last minute for 3 pm. Then the day of the visit, I was in the area at 10 am and called to see if they could work me and they did. It helped my accomplish so much more on an already tight schedule and for that, I'm indebted. Love this place.
First of all the staff are friendly and the facility is comfortable and with state of art equipment as far as I can tell. However, in my opinion, beware because they will try to upsale you for extras that you may not need. I have worn glasses and visited eye doctors for over 20 years and never had as unpleasant experience as I have with this facility. I was prescribed progressive lenses that did not work, gave me headaches, and actually made my vision worse. I later found that my prescription for that particular vision problem was weak and the progressive lens I was prescribed may not have been necessary; great to know after I spent the extra on the progressive lens which I think was around $195 extra (I could be a little off on the numbers but it was a considerable extra charge.) It seems that they push progressive lenses there; just from over hearing some conversations of others while in waiting area. At any rate they offered to replace my glasses at no cost but were not willing to reimburse me for the additional cost I paid for the progressive lens that which was unnecessary to begin with. In stead, I now have a pair of glasses that works only for reading and computer work; nothing that corrects the distance and astigmatism; and a replaced pair of glasses that I essentially paid too much for. Again this is no reflection of the staff and this might well be an isolated incident but a situation that nonetheless was handled poorly in my opinion. I would not be returning and neither would I recommend this facility to anyone else.
Friendly staff and great doctors. Got out in timely fashion and everything was handled well. Relaxing environment.
